This access statement does not contain personal opinions as to our suitability for those with access needs but aims to accurately describe the facilities and services that we offer all our guests/visitors.

We welcome all guests at our property, however, due to the nature and age of the listed building we regrettably may not be able to cater for all individual’s specific needs.

Access to Bank Apartments is via the front entrance located at Church Pass. The front entrance has five steps leading from the street to the entrance hall. Internally there is stair access to upper floors. We do not have a lift. Most apartments are split level and have internal steps between rooms or within some rooms. 

On street parking is available at the front of the property, subject to availability. All parking is at the guests’ own risk and expense.
