  • Are Bank Apartments accessible?

    We welcome all guests to our property, however, due to the nature and age of this listed building we regrettably may not be able to cater to all individuals’ specific needs. Please see our accessibility statement and contact us if you have any concerns or questions.

  • Do Bank Apartments offer discounts for long term stays?

    We welcome long term and corporate guest, please get in touch through the contact us section to discuss long term rates. 

  • Where can I park?

    On street parking is available at the front of the property, subject to availability and at guests’ own risk.

Facilities & Service

  • Do Bank Apartments provide facilities for babies and children?

    Yes, travel cots can be provided upon request. Please let us know if this is required prior to arrival. You can make this request through the YourKey app.  

  • Is there a housekeeping service?

    We provide a housekeeping service every fourth day of your stay, which includes an apartment cleaning and change of towels and linen. Additional servicing is available on request which is chargeable.

  • Are bed linen and towels included?

    Yes, towels and linen are included.

  • What kitchen facilities are available to me?

    All apartments come with a fully equipped kitchenette which includes fridge with icebox, dishwasher, electric hob and microwave oven.   

  • Are laundry facilities available during my stay?

    We have a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer for guest use. Your code will provide access to the rear entrance and the laundry room (located at the back of the building),  to use our laundry facilities.



  • Is access to Bank Apartments available 24/7?

    Yes, access to Bank Apartments is available 24/7 by using the access codes sent to you prior to arrival, or through our “YourKey” mobile smart key app.

  • Is room service available from The Safehouse Café Bar?

    The Safehouse doesn’t offer room service at this time however you can order Pizza for takeaway and collect in the bar (subject to availability).

Accommodation rules

  • What is the minimum age for guests?

    We welcome families and children to the property- all other guests must be at least 21 years of age at time of booking. In the case of a family booking, the lead guest must be at least 21 years of age. 

  • Are Bank Apartments pet friendly?

    Yes, we welcome pets to the Bank Apartments. There is a charge of £20 per pet per stay with a maximum of two pets. This should be arranged on your booking prior to arrival.

  • Can I invite visitors to Bank Apartments?

    Yes, visitors are permitted between 8am and 10pm. Visitors are not permitted to stay in the property overnight.

Reservations and Arrival

  • At what time can I check in?

    Our check in window is between 4pm and 11pm daily. If you will be arriving outside of this time, please let us know. Early check ins are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. 

  • How will I check in?

    Check in is fully digital. You will be sent a link to our online portal where you will get your access code. Alternatively you can also use this portal to download the 'Your Key' app which can be used instead of the access code. The Guest portal can also be used or checking in and out online.

  • What time is check-out?

    Check out is 11am. Late checkouts are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.  

  • How should I contact Bank Apartments during my stay?

    There are several ways to contact Bank Apartments during your stay. You can contact our team by phone on 028 70531476 or by email enquiries@bankapartments.co.uk. Our team in The Safehouse Café Bar will also be happy to assist you. You can also use our online portal to send messages and requests regarding your stay.

  • Are Bank Apartments staffed?

    Our team at The Safehouse Café Bar can offer assistance during its opening hours, and you can call us 24/7 on 028 70531476. You can also use our online portal to contact us or send messages regarding your stay.

  • Do you take payment at time of booking?

    Guests may select a pre-pay rate at a discount which is non refundable or a flexiable rate where cancellation is allowed until 7 days prior to arrival and payment is taken 7 days prior to arrival. This payment will be made via a link emailed to the guest.

  • Can I amend my booking or cancel a reservation?

    Flexible Rates: The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 7 days of arrival. If the guest doesn't show up, they'll be charged the total price of the reservation. The guest will receive an email link for payment 7 days prior to arrival, if payment is not made it may result in the cancellation of the booking. 

    Prepay Rates: The full amount of the reservation will be charged in the event of a cancellation. 

  • Do I have to pay a damage deposit?

    Yes, short term stays require a damage deposit. This is done by way of pre-authorisation hold on your payment card. 

  • How do I check out?

    Simply leave the apartment. Your door code will automatically expire at 11am on the day of departure.
