Giants Causeway

The Giants Causeway comprises of around 40,000 hexagonal basalt columns and is a UNESCO world heritage site. Science tells us that these stones were formed by volcanic eruptions thousands of years ago, but we know it was really built by the Giant Finn McCool.

Carrick a Rede Rope Bridge

Originally built in 1755 by salmon fishermen, Carrick-a-rede is a rope bridge that sits 100 ft above the Atlantic Ocean. Today the brave can walk across this bridge to Carrick-a-rede island where pieces of fishing history remain.
